Collective label. Community-Funded. Artists own their sound.
Forget the old-school record label. Proletune is a artist-run collective built to put the power back in your hands.
We are a community-funded platform for artists. Our reason for existing is simple: to give you the support you need to grow your career, without ever asking for your masters or your money in return.
We see ourselves as your launchpad. Whether you're building something sustainable right here or getting ready to jump to a bigger stage, we give you the tools and community to do it on your own terms.
You Own It All. This is the non-negotiable core of what we do. Your songs, your recordings, your royalties-they are yours, 100%, forever. We don't want them. We just want to help make them heard.
We are Community-Funded, Not a Machine. We are funded by our community, not by siphoning off your success. This happens through voluntary donations that keep our lights on. If we are ever in a position to cover a distribution fee for you, we see it as paying it forward, not a loan.
We Offer a Support System, Not Empty Promises. We are not here to magically make you famous. We are here to do the real work: giving you clear guidance on the confusing parts of the industry, connecting you with a community of fellow artists for collaboration, and pushing your music through our playlists and promotions when it fits.
We Believe in Credit, Not Contracts. If we actively work on your release, we will just ask for a simple "Proletune" credit in your metadata or social posts. It's how we grow our reputation and can help more artist like you.
No Traps, No Tricks. You are free to leave whenever you want, and so are we. If you go, we immediately stop promoting your work and wish you well. Your rights are yours to take with you.
This is a Community, Not Just a Service. We're building a space based on respect and collaboration. We might connect you with other members for help mixing a track or designing art, but that deal is between you and them. We trust everyone to act like decent humans, and we'll part ways with anyone who doesn't.
A quick but important note: While we've got your back with industry advice, we can't act as your lawyer or accountant.
